In the heart of Detroit, where architectural wonders grace the skyline, Ryan and Kathryn’s love story found its perfect setting on an unusually warm December day. The stage for their magical proposal was set on the third floor of the iconic Fisher Building, adding an extra layer of intimacy and vintage appeal to their special moment. Their joyous laughter resonated within the historic walls as Ryan and Kathryn shared their big moment.
After the proposal, we spent some time exploring the Fisher Building and grabbing some iconic shots of the two lovebirds in all their newly engaged glory.
And of course, we had to take advantage of the ornate doors and details on the elevator with a classic half-closed door kissing picture – eeek! So cute.
Once we finished up in the Fisher, we headed down to the city to grab some shots of the adorable Painter’s Alley just off Woodward Ave, and out in front of the stunning Shinola Hotel.
