We loved capturing this couple at their Detroit Church Wedding which took place at the Sweetest Heart Of Mary. In February, we got together and captured some incredible engagement photos downtown. We had a chance to bond over us sharing the fact that we met our partners on the dating app, Bumble. It was so much fun getting to know each other and having a couple of cocktails to let loose!

This Detroit church wedding took place in the beautiful, ornate, and historic, Sweetest Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church. This church was erected by automakers back in the early 1900s with so much history and beauty!

On a beautiful summer afternoon, the love of two lives joined together in holy matrimony. The Sweetest Heart of Mary was the perfect choice for them — a church with centuries of history and culture. Meanwhile, they had everyone witness their day in front of all their family and friends. They chose this church of significance knowing all the history behind it.

Afterward, we took the whole wedding crew to take some pictures in Downtown Detroit. We had a blast walking with the group through the various street art scenes. They partied the night away at Andiamo which is one of my favorite venues to work at!

In conclusion, if you want a fun wedding day, hire me to capture it! I’ll make sure you get the best photos that highlight one of the most important days of your lives!
