Planning your Vegas Wedding with your Destination Wedding Photographer
Who’s ready to ditch the big wedding and get married in Vegas?!
Alright, so you’re ready to just say “screw it” and go get married without all the people. But you’re trying to decide whether or not you really want to do something like that. What will the family say? Will Auntie clutch her pearls at the thought of you eloping?! Well, guess what.
It’s your day.
You could keep it secret, grab your photographer, and bring a few besties along for an adventure… or, bring your immediate family – rent out a penthouse and enjoy- have a meal catered by the hotel you choose, and have it all brought to your room. There are so many incredible options for food and accommodations in Vegas!
I wouldn’t necessarily call myself a “Vegas expert”, but I have been there several times now and know my way of the land. Photographing all through the Venetian, on their porch, near the waterfall inside, through the cobblestone shopping mall areas, and beautiful architecture. You truly cannot go wrong with styling for the sophistication and excitement that a Vegas wedding experience offers.
The couple here chose to rent out a penthouse suite at the Bellagio, where they had the in-house catering take care of all the dining. They got married in their suite, officiated by one of their dearest friends, surrounded by all their immediate family and closest friends. This created an experience to remember for all of their guests, and some really fun and beautiful images!

If you have been thinking about doing a destination wedding, Vegas is such a great spot. Now if you are from the midwest I would recommend going in very early Spring, it is a little less scorching. Especially if you have never experienced the temps there before, hot is an understatement. I specialize in Destination weddings and can help you plan out your timeline for the day, and source reputable vendors.
Feel free to contact me and tell me all about your story and what you’re planning, I can’t wait to hear it!!
