What better time to do engagement photos, than peak color week in Michigan!?
When Lisa and I first connected she was ready to book, and I was so excited after our phone call! I knew we were going to have a great time together!
With the Pandemic, things have been a little tricky so we planned out, in advance to have their photos be during one of the most beautiful times in Michigan. Peak color week! Obviously not disappointing at all. 😉 And since Kensington Metropark is always beautiful, that’s the location we chose for optimal leaf distribution. Haha!
Here are Lisa + Pauls’ Colorful Fall Engagement Photos | Kensington Metropark
During our beautiful Fall engagement session at Kensington Metropark, I was THRILLED to know they were just as weird and spontaneous as I am. They laughed at my jokes, and very, VERY, charismatically obliged my requests at showing me their best version of a “drunk walk”.
I may have also asked Paul to stand behind her, take her arms, and flap them like a bird, to which I followed up with singing Nelly Fertado.. “I’m like a bird...” Much laughter ensued and made for some incredible images.
After they received their preview of images, Lisa shared the most wonderful post with her IG followers about her experience. It literally brought me to tears while I was out to dinner with my fiancé. Haha!
When we do engagement photos, it’s an entire adventure. We meet up at the starting point, and we move. The entire time. Spot to spot, looking for the best and most versatile lighting. It’s SO much fun, and it makes it feel a lot less like taking photos and more like hanging out. I mean, come on … these engagement photos are absolutely beautiful!
If you chose to use Kensington Metropark for engagement photos fall is the best time for beautifully colorful photos, however, it is gorgeous year-round! There are bike/walking trails, lakes, and so much nature.
If you want to have an unmatched experience, you should definitely check out the details on my website, and hit me up for your custom package!
