  1. Planterra Conservatory

This unique wedding venue is located in West Bloomfield, Planterra Conservatory will not disappoint. There are koi ponds, and stone archway, and it contains a wide range of lush, and exotic botanicals.

Who doesn’t want to have the most perfect lighting, surrounded by beautiful greenery?! Ahh! This is a dream venue for me! And not only does it look beautiful but they are a full-service event space, offering floral, decor, catering, bar, valet, and more. All the things your little earthy/glam heart could desire.

2. The Guardian

In the 1920’s, Detroit was a prosperous city, from their worldwide industrial and commercial industries. A new banking group called the Union Trust Company, wanted to really show off their image by commissioning a highly acclaimed architectural firm, hiring the head designer Wirt. C. Rowland. Apparently, he designed what they consider some very prominent Detroit buildings.

The Guardian itself is an Art Deco version of his work. The color and craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding and showcases a blend of Native American Aztec, and other arts and crafts influences. If you’re into architecture, and beautiful art – this unique Detroit wedding venue would be perfect for you.

3. The Whitney

Voted “Detroit’s Most Romantic Restaurant“, it is the perfect location for an exquisite function. The intimacy of a wedding held at The Whitney is something to behold. This venue offers two options for hosting your wedding. The space size can accommodate up to 400 guests! And The Garden is also available during the summer months.
